NextGrounds offers free custom quotes for both Residential & Commercial Properties.

NextGrounds complies with all applicable Washington State and local tax laws. Sales tax may be added to applicable services in accordance with Washington State Department of Revenue guidelines. Tax rates are based on the location where services are performed and may vary accordingly.

It is the responsibility of the client to review and understand any taxes applied to their invoice. NextGrounds does not collect tax on services that are exempt under state law. If you believe your service qualifies for a tax exemption, please contact us prior to payment and provide valid exemption documentation.

Material & Plant Pickup and Delivery

Our team offers convenient pickup and delivery of materials and plants from local nurseries, quarries, earthworks suppliers, and other facilities.

Our team uses a 5ftx8ft Utility Trailer.

Please Note:
All materials must be prepaid by the homeowner or project manager before pickup and delivery can be scheduled.

Pricing is based on a single round trip from the project location to the pickup facility and back for delivery:

Within 5-mile radius – $75
Within 10-mile radius – $125

Tree and Large Hedge Care

For clients requiring tree and large hedge services, we proudly partner with Certified Arborist Zachary Gipson of Gipson's Tree Care. With years of professional experience, Zachary and his expert team specialize in the safe removal, trimming, and maintenance of trees and large hedges.

To prioritize student safety, all tree and large hedge work is referred to Zachary and his crew. Our student team may assist with cleanup following these services.

Pricing:

Estimates are provided on a per-job basis by Gipson's Tree Care.

Basic Service - Light Trim & Shape, Building & Street Clearance (Only reachable from the ground) - Fee Per Tree/Hedge - $50

Yard Clean Up

Transform your outdoor space with our comprehensive yard clean-up services. From leaf removal to general tidying, our team will leave your yard looking immaculate, inviting, and well-maintained.

Pricing Structure

All pricing is based on each ¼-acre (10,890 sq ft) of total lot size. Estimates and invoices are calculated using the official legal lot size recorded by your city or county—not by the portion of the yard that is used or accessible. Even if only part of the property is serviced, billing reflects the full recorded lot size.

Examples:

Lot size: 8,235 sq ft → Billed as ¼ acre
Lot size: 10,995 sq ft → Billed as ½ acre (2 x ¼ acre)
Lot size: 130,680 sq ft → Billed as 3 acres (12 x ¼ acre)

What’s Included in Yard Clean-Up

General Trash Pick-Up
Our team removes scattered litter from the property and disposes of it off-site.
Note: More than one contractor-sized trash bag incurs an additional $5 per bag.
Pet Waste Removal
We clear the yard of animal waste and ensure it’s properly disposed of off-site.
Stick and Stone Pick-Up
Loose sticks and rocks are collected and placed in a designated on-site location approved by the property owner.
Leaf and Pine Cone Removal
Leaves and pine cones are raked, blown, and bagged for off-site disposal. If the owner’s yard waste bin is full, we handle the removal ourselves.
Lawn Edging
Clean, sharp lines are created along lawn borders for a tidy, professional look.
Lawn Mowing
Lawns are trimmed to a low-maintenance height to promote healthy growth. Grass clippings are removed off-site if yard waste bins are full.

Lawn Care Package

$150 per ¼ Acre

Note: To ensure quality service and support the well-being of our student teams, each Yard Clean-Up visit is scheduled with a maximum of 2 hours per ¼ acre.

This time frame allows our crews to work efficiently while maintaining safety and care standards. If additional time is needed due to the condition or size of the property, we’re happy to discuss extended service options or supplemental rates.

Planting

Enhance the natural beauty of your property with our professional planting services. Whether you're adding vibrant flowers, new shrubs, or young trees, our team is here to help bring your landscaping vision to life.

Our student-led crew will carefully plant owner-provided plants, trees, and shrubs in designated areas of your property, following your specific preferences and layout.

Pricing

Pricing (Hourly Rates by Crew Size):

2-Person Crew – $65/hour
4-Person Crew – $130/hour
6-Person Crew – $200/hour

Note:

All hourly services require a 2-hour minimum per visit.

This ensures we can fairly compensate our student team members for their time, travel, and effort—while providing meaningful work experiences that support leadership, responsibility, and real-world skill-building.

What’s Included in Our Landscape Package

Our comprehensive landscape package is designed to refresh and maintain your outdoor space with professional care and attention to detail. Here's what you can expect:

General Trash Pick-Up

We collect and remove small scattered litter from your property to ensure a clean, polished appearance.
Note: More than one contractor-sized trash bag will incur a $5 fee per additional bag.

Pet Waste Removal

Our team will locate and properly dispose of all visible animal waste from your yard.

Stick and Stone Pick-Up

Loose branches, sticks, and out-of-place stones are gathered and relocated to a designated area on your property as directed by the owner.

Leaf and Pine Cone Removal

We rake and blow leaves and pine cones, then bag and remove them for disposal. If your yard waste bin is full, our team will handle off-site disposal.

Lawn Edging

We create clean, sharp edges along walkways, flower beds, and lawn borders to give your yard a neat, well-maintained look.

Lawn Mowing

Our team mows the grass to a healthy, low-maintenance height. Grass clippings are bagged and removed if the owner's yard waste bin is full.

Pressure Washing

We provide pressure washing for:

Driveways
Sidewalks
Walkways
Walkway railings
(Note: We do not pressure wash home siding or wooden structures.)
Plant & Material Delivery

Includes 1 round trip for pick-up and delivery of plants or materials (within a 5-mile radius). Additional trips or distance may incur extra charges.

Weed and Invasive Plant Removal

At the request by owner, our team will pull and remove weeds and invasive plants from the property. We are happy to install owner provided weed barrier fabric

Plant, Tree & Shrub Installation

Our team will install owner-provided plants, trees, and shrubs in pre-designated areas of your landscape, following your vision and preferences.

Bark, Gravel & Dirt Installation

We will spread bark, gravel, or dirt in designated areas as part of your landscaping design. Materials must be provided or scheduled for delivery.

Please Note:

Any services requested beyond what is listed in this package will be billed separately at our standard service rates.

Junk Removal & Dump Run

We know that waste disposal can be a hassle—that’s why we offer fast, efficient, and reliable junk removal services. Our team takes care of the heavy lifting and proper disposal, leaving your outdoor space clean, organized, and clutter-free.

Our team uses a 5ftx8ft Utility Trailer.

Pricing is based on trailer load size:

1/4 Trailer - Minimum – $50
1/2 Trailer – $75
3/4 Trailer – $100
Full Trailer – $125

Additional Fees:

Large Appliances & Refrigerants (e.g., air conditioner, refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer, freezer, water cooler): $45 per item

Pet Waste Removal

Pricing:

All pricing is based on each ¼-acre (10,890 sq ft) of property. Estimates and invoices are determined by the official legal lot size recorded by the city or county—not by the portion of the lot that is "used" or accessible. Even if only part of your yard is serviced, billing is based on the full recorded lot size.

Our team services the entire property to ensure all animal waste is removed at the time of service. Waste is disposed of Off-Site at a designated DOH approved facility.

Our team only services field and yard with outdoor access. They do not service stalls, kennels, or any sort of indoor spaces.

Exterior Window Washing

We currently offer exterior-only window washing services for single-story homes (ramblers) and ground-level commercial buildings. This policy ensures the safety of our student workers while still delivering excellent results.

Our team will carefully remove and clean your window screens to eliminate pollen, spider webs, insect residue, dust, dirt, and grime. After the screens are cleaned, we’ll wash the accessible exterior window panes frames, and glass window using a streak-free cleaner—leaving your windows crystal clear and looking their best.

Pricing:

Up to 8 windows – $75
More than 8 windows – $120

Additional Fees:

Sliding glass doors – $10 per door

Gutter Cleaning

Keep your home protected from water damage with our professional gutter cleaning. We remove leaves, debris, and buildup to ensure your gutters flow freely—helping you avoid costly repairs and foundation issues.

We are unable to service gutters that have leaf guards installed.

Christmas Light Installation

Let our team bring holiday cheer to your home or business with expert Christmas light installation. Whether for a cozy residence or a commercial storefront, we’ll carefully hang your pre-purchased lights exactly where you request.

Please Note:
Homeowners or project managers must provide all necessary materials, including lights, extension cords, anchors, and hardware. Our team handles the installation with care and attention to detail.

Pricing Based on Free In Person Estimate

Outdoor Play-Set & Trampoline Assembly

Take the stress out of assembling outdoor play equipment—our team is here to help! We can expertly assemble trampolines, playsets, and other outdoor structures so your family can enjoy them safely and sooner.

Please Note:

All instructions must be complete, clear, and legible so our team can properly follow the assembly steps.
All equipment (trampolines, playsets, etc.) must be a complete set, including all required parts, anchors, screws, and hardware. Missing parts may delay or prevent assembly.

Pricing:

Trampoline Assembly: $125
Small to Medium Playset: $250-$450
Large or Complex Playset: $500-$700

Produce Harvesting

Let our team of student workers help you enjoy the fruits of your labor—literally! We offer careful, hands-on harvesting of fruits and vegetables directly from vines, bushes, trees, or the ground.

Please Note:

All transportation and packing materials (bins, bags, baskets, etc.) must be provided by the homeowner or project manager.
Our team will handpick produce only and place it into the designated containers.
Containers will be moved to a designated area on the property for easy access.
Harvesting is limited to produce that is easily accessible from the ground or with a 3-step ladder.

Pricing (Hourly Rates by Crew Size):

2-Person Crew – $65/hour
4-Person Crew – $130/hour
6-Person Crew – $200/hour

All hourly services require a 2-hour minimum per visit.

Snow & Ice Management

During the snowy season and harsh winter months, our team is here to help create safe, accessible pathways for our neighbors. We only service Residential Properties for this service.

We’ll clear snow from your driveway, sidewalks, and walkways, then apply de-icing products provided by the property owner to help prevent ice buildup and ensure continued safety.

Service Package – $150

Includes:

Entire driveway (any size)
Sidewalks directly in front of the property connected to the driveway
Walkways from the driveway to the main entrance

Note: To ensure quality service and support the well-being of our student teams, each Snow & Ice Management visit is scheduled with a maximum of 2 hours.

Vacation Garden & Lawn Watering

Whether you're away on business, enjoying a family vacation, or just managing a busy schedule, our team is here to keep your outdoor space thriving. We’ll visit your property to water your lawn, garden, flowers, and other landscaping features—ensuring everything stays healthy in your absence.

Pricing Structure

Keep your outdoor surfaces looking clean and well-maintained with our professional pressure washing service. Our team will freshen up your sidewalks, driveways, walkways, and patios, removing built-up dirt, grime, and weather residue for a crisp, refreshed appearance.
